TCM builds a new factory in China

　　TCM Co., Ltd., subordinate to Hitachi, has recently established an exclusively Japanese-funded Anhui TCM Forklift Co., Ltd. in Hefei Economic & Technological Development Zone. This is the third project that Japan Hitachi has invested in this development area this year. Japan TCM Corporation is an enterprise engaged in the production and sale of specialized logistics equipment such as forklift, loader and port cargo handling machinery. With branches in such regions and countries as Japan, China, U.S.A and Europe, it accomplished a sales volume of over 130 billion yen in 2006.
　　With a total project investment of 7 billion yen, Anhui TCM Forklift Co., Ltd. will have an annual production capacity of 10,000 forklifts and 30,000 tons of castings with a total sales volume of 15 billion yen and total profits of 1.5 billion yen by 2011 so as to build itself into a world-class base for the production and sale of forklifts and castings.
